Fine breakfast, especially slices of fresh bread, bakery, fresh fruit, cheese and meats, the staff was chearful. I got free upgrade and liked it. Besides, the area was downstairs lounge, next to Green Howards Museum.

Shame the bathroom was grubby.

top location, perfect views, very responsive staff. the staff did all they can for a restful stay. we had an excellent room with a walk-in shower. there was a top-notch restaurant, the shops and a market next door.

Good value considering prices in Richmond. Exceptionally nice breakfast, adequate facilities and exceptionally pleasant staff. Sweeping view, a small balcony, super bed, too. The hotel restaurant was stunning. I loved the amazing pool too.
